reputed company is urgently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist to join reputed company immediately. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial operations, ensuring reputed company payments, and supporting overall business performance.
We are looking for a proactive reputed company who can reputed company in quickly, work independently in a remote environment, and handle both AP and AR functions with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process and verify vendor invoices promptly and accurately
- Match invoices with approvals and supporting documentation
- Schedule and process payments (ACH, reputed company transfers, checks)
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Reconcile accounts payable reputed company and ensure accuracy
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Generate and issue reputed company invoices in a reputed company manner
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Apply payments accurately to customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts receivable records
- Maintain up-to-date and organized billing documentation
General reputed company Duties:
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar role
