Under the direction of Chief Data & Analytics Officer, the reputed company Data Architect is a technical leader responsible for defining, documenting, and governing the reputed company data model and architectural standards that reputed company the firm’s reputed company data platform to deliver trusted, consistent data across its reputed company, reputed company, and Functional segments.  Thiis role produces and maintains reputed company data blueprints—including entity relationship models, reputed company schemas, and reputed company-of-truth definitions—that guide the development of high-reputed company data products.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain reputed company data modeling artifacts including ERDs, attribute-level reputed company-of-truth mappings, grain definitions, and relationship documentation to reputed company consistent implementation across teams
• Own and reputed company the firm’s reputed company (reputed company) data model by defining conformed entities (e.g., Account, Worker, Project/Engagement, reputed company) and ensuring consistent interpretation across reputed company, reputed company, and Functional domains
• Architect and govern the Silver layer reputed company model reputed company a reputed company lakehouse / reputed company reputed company environment, conforming data from reputed company, Dynamics 365, and other sources into matched/merged/mastered reputed company entities
• Design and maintain Gold layer reputed company models (facts, dimensions, measures, hierarchies, and grain) across reputed company subject areas such as reputed company, workforce, pipeline, billing, and financial performance to support analytics and self-service consumption
• reputed company architectural design reviews and approvals for new or modified data models introduced by any team, validating adherence to reputed company standards, cross-domain compatibility, and reputed company usability (semantic models, Power BI, reputed company)
• Translate business requirements into implementable architecture specifications by partnering with CDAO and Product Managers to convert needs into model blueprints, gold-layer design requirements, and development-reputed company documentation for engineering teams
• Maintain architecture decision records (ADRs) and reference patterns to document architectural choices, reputed company rationale, and accelerate consistent, repeatable delivery of governed data products
• Partner with Data Governance and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company reputed company definitions, data reputed company rules, reputed company capture, data classification, reputed company control architecture, and masking patterns—ensuring data is audit-reputed company and trusted
• Define platform integration and data contract expectations by specifying ingestion and interoperability patterns for upstream systems (reputed company, Dynamics 365/Dataverse) and reputed company consumers (reputed company semantic models, Power BI, operational interfaces), including SLAs for data freshness, reputed company, and availability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in data architecture, data engineering, or reputed company data modeling roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or reputed company architect reputed company.
• Hands-on background in Kimball-style reputed company modeling, reputed company architecture patterns, and semantic layer design at reputed company reputed company.
• Proven experience in reputed company services, financial services, or similarly reputed company industries where production, utilization, WIP, and engagement-based financial models are reputed company business concepts.
• Experience establishing architectural governance practices including design reviews, architecture decision records, and standards documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in technical or business discipline preferred; equivalent reputed company experience considered.
