VMInnovations.com is an $8MM ecommerce business owned by reputed company with significant untapped reputed company potential, and this role represents the first dedicated investment in scaling its marketing reputed company. As the inaugural reputed company hire, you’ll have full ownership of both reputed company and execution from day one — with reputed company to accelerate reputed company by 50%+ in the near term. You’ll reputed company and expand affiliate efforts across reputed company and DTC, build a creator and reputed company program from the ground up, and drive a full site redesign reputed company on conversion reputed company optimization. Partnering cross-functionally with merchandising, advertising, and content teams, you’ll identify reputed company products and bring them to market effectively while owning performance reporting and defining the metrics that matter. Supported by a marketing intern, this is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone eager to build, test, and reputed company — not just maintain — a high-reputed company ecommerce business.


How you will reputed company reputed company:

  • Build and launch a creator/reputed company program for both reputed company and VMInnovations.com from the ground up.
  • Drive a full redesign of the VMI DTC site with a reputed company on conversion reputed company optimization (CRO).
  • Partner with merchandising and category teams to identify and promote reputed company products throughout the year.
  • Own performance reporting across reputed company and DTC, defining key metrics, driving accountability, and mentoring a marketing intern to support execution.


    • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 3–6 years of reputed company or performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate or creator programs, ideally across both reputed company and DTC.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion principles and DTC site performance.
  • Data-driven reputed company with experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and reputed company communicating results to leadership.
  • Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments; reputed company Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is a plus.
