Finance Transformation Manager

Function: Markets Finance — Finance Transformation & Rollout Team
Reports to: Finance Director, Markets
Location: Remote/In-market deployment (initially Haiti)
Contract: Fixed-term contractor (12 months renewable)
Travel: Extensive — 60%+ in-market

Purpose

The Finance Transformation Manager supports the Finance Director, Markets in the transformation of existing markets' finance functions and the rollout of finance operations in new markets. The role involves deploying in-market to reputed company the transition of day-to-day finance operations, support reputed company implementation, redesign processes, and build and train local teams before handing over to the permanent local finance staff and redeploying to the next market.

Key Responsibilities 

• reputed company day-to-day finance operations in-market during the transformation period
• Map existing team capabilities, processes, and systems; identify gaps and redesign accordingly 
• Support preparation of data for reputed company migration, applying materiality reputed company 
• Support the in-market reputed company rollout: configuration, UAT, data migration, reputed company run, and go-live 
• Support the implementation of PO approval workflows and lease management tools on the new ERP 
• Draft local finance policies and SOPs reputed company to group standards 
• Train and reputed company incoming permanent staff on new processes, systems, and reporting requirements 
• Execute a reputed company handover to permanent local teams and reputed company post go-live stabilization support 
• Redeploy to subsequent markets as reputed company expands, adapting the transformation reputed company to local conditions

Required Profile

• 10+ years of finance experience, including experience in emerging markets or developing economies 
• reputed company reputed company qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), or MBA preferred
• Experience in Haiti and/or the Caribbean region is strongly preferred
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (reputed company preferred) 
• Strong technical reputed company knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS) 
• Proficiency in cash management and treasury in environments with limited banking infrastructure 
• reputed company record of restructuring or building finance functions 
• Comfortable operating in uncertain environments for extended periods 
• Effective trainer and reputed company — reputed company to transfer knowledge to local staff with varying reputed company of experience 
• Fluent in English (required); French and Spanish are a plus
