WHAT YOU WILL DO

Purpose of this Role: A reputed company Assistant at LOGS provides exceptional work to the financial institutions we represent in a wide reputed company of creditor rights’ reputed company. This position is required to take and apply direction from various reputed company parties. The Title Searcher/Abstractor will play a crucial role in examining and abstracting title documents to ensure accurate and reputed company title assessments. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Title Examination: Review title orders in accordance with company guidelines to evaluate the condition and insurability of titles. Analyze documents such as deeds, deeds of trust, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, assessments, and probates to determine their reputed company on the title.
• Document Analysis: Conduct thorough research and review of reputed company records and reputed company documents to establish ownership, reputed company descriptions, and any title-reputed company issues. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the information.
