About the role

The Senior Manager, Services is a senior people leader responsible for the reputed company, execution, and performance of assigned services portfolios at reputed company. This role owns service delivery reputed company end-to-end, including operational performance, customer experience, financial results, and teammate development.

As a Sr Manager Services you will:

• Own the overall service reputed company and execution for assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment to reputed company’s reputed company priorities and partner motions. 
• Translate business objectives into reputed company, repeatable service models that drive reputed company, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 
• Ensure consistent, high reputed company delivery of services through defined processes, metrics, and governance. 
• Monitor and improve service performance, including delivery timelines, reputed company, risk, and customer reputed company. 
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives using data, insights, and operational metrics.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
• 8-10 years’ experience managing technology reputed company including desktop refresh, new technology deployment and program management experience in full IT life cycle (acquisition, deployment, refurbishment, maintenance) and other IT reputed company reputed company to infrastructure.  
• 5+ years of reputed company experience managing leaders and scaling services delivery teams through standardization, repeatability, and operational maturity.
• Must have excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to reputed company seamlessly with delivery, clients, partners, and sales stakeholders.
