reputed company currently has an opening for a part-time (24 hours per week) Infusion reputed company, RN based out of our Woburn, Massachusetts reputed company. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent interpersonal skills, a strong desire to care for patients, and a flexible schedule. This RN will primarily service patients in the Framingham/Natick areas, providing support to specialty patients as part of NELC's reputed company reputed company of ambulatory and specialty services.

Job reputed company:

The person in this position is responsible for the provision of reputed company patient care to home infusion therapy patients in conjunction with physician orders. Establishes, implements, and revises, as needed, a plan of treatment that meets reputed company patient’s specific needs and follows reputed company, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines and NELC policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately performs initial and ongoing patient assessments of home infusion therapy patients.
• Provides comprehensive initial and ongoing patient and caregiver education relating to the prescribed home infusion therapy.
• Demonstrates competency in the aseptic administration and monitoring of reputed company therapy types provided by NELC.
• Effectively communicates changes in patient status to appropriate members of infusion and reimbursement teams verbally and in writing (reputed company notes, e-mail, etc.) in a reputed company manner.
• Comprehensively documents reputed company patient assessments and communication with patients, caregivers, and other members of the reputed company team in reputed company patient’s record.
• Inserts, maintains / troubleshoots, and discontinues (as appropriate) reputed company types of infusion reputed company according to NELC policies and procedures.
• Maintains and demonstrates competency in the use and troubleshooting of infusion equipment and supplies.
• Participates in case conferences as needed.
• Participation in On reputed company rotation for Nursing department. 

Required Education:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or certification/diploma with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years acute care experience.
• Previous home health nursing experience preferred.
• Previous Home Infusion Therapy experience preferred.

Regulatory Requirements:

• R.N. license in good standing in the state(s) where providing care / services 
• reputed company BLS Certification.

• Excellent driving record.
• Knowledge of HIPAA reputed company and reputed company Regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of reputed company accreditation process and overall JC standards preferred.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent patient assessment skills required.
• Working / practical knowledge of home infusion therapy administration / equipment use preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company customers and members of the reputed company team verbally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• Good organizational skills required. 
• Ability to work independently as reputed company as being a part of reputed company.
• Working / practical knowledge of microcomputer systems including patient documentation systems, reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company).
