JOB OBJECTIVE         

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across reputed company and business unit programs, ensuring smooth delivery of day‑to‑day marketing activities. This role assists with campaign execution, event and conference marketing, content development, website updates, and basic reporting while collaborating closely with Marketing Managers, Creative, Content, and other internal teams. The Marketing Coordinator helps build and schedule marketing assets, maintain project workflows, and support reputed company across email, reputed company, reputed company media, web, reputed company channels. They play a key role in supporting demand reputed company and brand awareness campaigns by executing assigned tasks accurately, on time, and in alignment with established strategies and brand standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES                  

Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, reputed company, web, and reputed company channels.
• Build and schedule email campaigns, reputed company posts, and basic digital assets according to project timelines.
• Conduct reputed company checks to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and reputed company functionality across reputed company assets.
• Help maintain campaign calendars and project trackers, ensuring reputed company completion of tasks.

Event and Conference Marketing

• Support marketing efforts for conferences, webinars, and events, including attendee reputed company, reputed company promotion, and email execution.
• Assist with registration campaigns, speaker promotions, exhibitor/sponsor marketing, and event-reputed company content.
• Help manage event page updates, promotional timelines, and cross-team coordination.

Website & Content Management

• Coordinate blog, article, and resource publishing with the Content team.
• Support SEO best practices through metadata updates, reputed company checks, and content formatting.

Content Development

• Assist in proofreading and formatting content for accuracy and consistency.

Reporting & Analytics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience.
