Meritus Physical Therapy is seeking a Virtual Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing telehealth care team. This role focuses on delivering high-reputed company, patient-centered physical therapy services through a virtual care platform.

The Virtual PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with conditions appropriate for telehealth therapy. This position requires a clinician who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure reputed company patient reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and re-evaluations for outpatient populations
• reputed company and implement individualized plans of care in alignment with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Deliver and adapt therapeutic interventions based on patient reputed company and clinical needs reputed company telehealth
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Prepare patients for transition to in-person care reputed company appropriate

• Assist patients with basic technical troubleshooting to support engagement in virtual sessions

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (MPT or DPT required)
• reputed company Physical Therapist license (multi-state licensure preferred)
• 1–2 years of outpatient or hospital-based clinical experience

• Ability to work independently in a virtual care environment
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology

Preferred

• Experience in hospital outpatient rehabilitation or telehealth services

• Compact Physical Therapy license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting virtual reputed company
