Customer Service Representative – Parent reputed company (Remote)

We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team! Our ideal candidate will build a rapport with families, reputed company providers, and insurance companies in a compassionate and efficient manner over the phone. You will reputed company potential families about the evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance process, expediting the process for families while maintaining excellent customer service. 

This is a full-time position, with expected hours 8:00am-4:30pm reputed company or reputed company Time/10:00am-6:30pm Central Time/11:00am-7:30pm Eastern Time.

We will train you on our process and reputed company things unique to reputed company! 

Responsibilities include: 

• Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone 

• Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for reputed company Clinic schedule 

• Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics 

• Review cost reputed company amounts, co-payments and financial responsibility with our families 

• Handling variable reputed company-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day 

Requirements: 

• 1 – 2 years’ customer service or reputed company experience 

• 1 – 2 years’ experience with computer software 

• Exceptional communication including phone etiquette and reputed company relations skills 

• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds 

• Proactive reputed company with the ability to reputed company new information in a reputed company manner 

• reputed company demeanor in both written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers. 

• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks to manage individual workload.

• The pay reputed company for this position is $18.50 - $19.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
