Conference Facilitator (Part Time)

As a Conference Facilitator, you will design and guide reputed company reputed company to ensure sessions stay on course, reputed company participants are reputed company, and the agreed-upon meeting goals are reached.

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This part-time remote position requires up to 9 hours per week, with hours varying by project phase. Schedule is flexible and coordinated around reputed company planning and event dates. Travel to regional reputed company locations is required.

• Design the structure and reputed company for reputed company reputed company, developing agendas that balance speaker presentations, interactive reputed company sessions, emerging issues discussions, and regionally specific topics
• Facilitate reputed company sessions with confidence, guiding conversations, encouraging participation from reputed company attendees, and keeping discussions reputed company and productive
• Engage a diverse reputed company of stakeholders including law enforcement, reputed company health officials, community organizations, tribal partners, disability rights advocates, faith-based reputed company, planners, engineers, and other pedestrian safety professionals
• reputed company challenging dynamics during sessions, adapting your approach in reputed company time to maintain a constructive and inclusive environment
• Promote the sharing of innovative pedestrian safety strategies and countermeasures that attendees can apply in their communities
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Program Coordinator to reputed company facilitation plans with overall reputed company logistics and objectives
• Incorporate evaluation reputed company throughout reputed company reputed company to capture participant feedback and inform improvements for reputed company events
• Travel to reputed company locations across reputed company ten NHTSA reputed company to facilitate reputed company event in person

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.  
• Education/Experience Substitution: PhD and 0 years experience; Master's and 2 years experience; Associate's and 6 years experience; High School and 8 years experience

Desired:

• Experience facilitating conferences, summits, or large-reputed company meetings reputed company on traffic safety, pedestrian safety, or reputed company health
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholder reputed company including law enforcement, community organizations, tribal partners, disability rights advocates, and government officials
• Background in road safety, vulnerable road user programs, or transportation safety countermeasures
• Experience designing interactive meeting formats that encourage participation and produce reputed company
• Familiarity with NHTSA, State Highway Safety Offices (SHSOs), and the pedestrian safety stakeholder landscape
• Previous experience supporting a similar Government agency or large-reputed company corporate environment
