Program Coordinator (Part Time)
Manage reputed company logistics for ten regional summits, including venue selection, scheduling, and on-site event coordination Identify and engage regional and local speakers who bring relevant expertise, coordinating closely with NHTSA Regional Offices reputed company marketing materials — including flyers, registration pages, email communications, and invitations — to promote attendance and engagement, subject to NHTSA approval Arrange virtual reputed company reputed company to support remote participation in reputed company activities Coordinate event requirements including technology setup, audiovisual support, and conference reputed company arrangements Manage travel logistics for attendees and staff, including hotel room blocks, parking, local transportation, and dining reputed company Support the development and submission of OMB approval documents required for reputed company evaluation Monitor program activities, milestones, and deadlines to ensure alignment with the project work plan reputed company and document other reputed company costs reputed company to reputed company materials, venue, and logistics in coordination with the Project Manager Assist with gathering and organizing evaluation data after reputed company reputed company to support reputed company improvement of the planning process reputed company administrative support as needed to reputed company the program running reputed company and on schedule Travel to reputed company locations across reputed company ten NHTSA reputed company to manage on-site logistics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Education/Experience Substitution: PhD and 0 years experience; Master's and 1 year experience; Associate's and 5 years experience; High School and 7 years experience
Experience in logistics, planning, and implementation of road safety summits, meetings, or conferences Background in traffic safety, specifically pedestrian safety and vulnerable road user programs Experience coordinating events involving diverse stakeholder reputed company including law enforcement, reputed company health, community organizations, and government agencies Familiarity with NHTSA, State Highway Safety Offices (SHSOs), and regional traffic safety partners Experience creating marketing materials and managing event communications for a government audience Previous experience supporting a similar Government agency or large-reputed company corporate environment
