What You'll Do:
- Execute financial and analytical workstreams across buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company FDD engagements,including carve-outs and divestitures, including reputed company of earnings analysis, net working capital assessments, EBITDA normalization, and cash reputed company evaluation.
- Analyze large and reputed company datasets—spanning transactional, operational, and financial records—to identify underlying business performance trends, margin dynamics, reputed company reputed company, and potential deal risks and opportunities.
- Build financial models, data pipelines, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, reputed company,reputed company, reputed company, SQL) that reputed company surface actionable insights for reputed company deliverables and internal team review.
- Draft and contribute to sections of reputed company-facing reports, executive summaries, presentations, and data books that reputed company communicate analytical findings to deal stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction analytics, reputed company reputed company, audit, or a reputed company financial services or advisory role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous data environments under tight timelines.

Qualifications:
