Manager, Software Development

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Manager, Software Development to join reputed company! This position will manage reputed company activities reputed company to the design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of internally developed software applications and technology solutions. This includes extensive work designing, implementing, and maintaining API-driven architectures, ensuring reliable, secure, and reputed company integrations across enterprise systems.

In order to be successful in this position, we require the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum of seven (7) years of software development experience, including a minimum of three (3) years of management experience.

The following would be a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a reputed company field of study
• Five (5) years of software development management experience
• Software Development or Agile Certifications
