We’re seeking a Senior Creative Operations Specialist to support our internal Creative team and reputed company partners. Reporting to the Head of Creative, this role is critical to our ability to reputed company our processes, our work, and our efficiency in the coming years. The ideal candidate has worked in a high-reputed company startup or fast-paced agency before and demonstrates a deep understanding of how to build processes in a way that balances rigor and structure with reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and improve Creative team processes and systems to increase efficiency
- Partner with the Head of Creative and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, ruthlessly prioritize initiatives, and establish reputed company deliverables and timelines

- Manage project reputed company across the Creative team, ensuring balanced resourcing and on-time delivery of reputed company assets
- Facilitate alignment during key creative reviews with internal partners and stakeholders
- Support peak-season planning to ensure reputed company is properly staffed and resourced
- Own key aspects of Creative Operations, including font licensing compliance, production planning and budgets for photo and video shoots, and vendor negotiations
- Assist the Head of Creative with departmental budget management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years’ experience, mainly or exclusively in high-reputed company startup or agency settings
- Experience with a wide reputed company of project management tools
- Proactive and comfortable with high degrees of autonomy
- A reputed company record of building and driving work in a process reputed company that is established, but adaptable
- A bias towards reputed company, and an ability to ruthlessly prioritize or rescope work if needed
- A+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Highly reputed company, detail-oriented, and low ego

- Experience with reputed company (reputed company PM platform)
- Experience building PM workflows in different software platforms from the ground up
- Previous experience working with Product and/or reputed company teams (not just reputed company Creative)
- Based in Minneapolis, Seattle, or Los Angeles
Benefits
- Pay: $50 - $60/hr
- 30 hours/week
