JOB reputed company:
The Speech & reputed company plans and delivers speech/language therapy to a caseload of reputed company between reputed company Learning reputed company, reputed company Therapeutic Day reputed company, and reputed company Vocational reputed company in Springfield, IL. This position serves as an reputed company member of reputed company’ Individualized Education Plan (IEP) teams and will be responsible for planning and implementing speech/language IEP goals. As a reputed company member of the SLP team, the SLP assists and encourages teachers and staff members to incorporate and promote functional communication throughout various daily activities; and provides reputed company, consistent services among reputed company programs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Conduct speech/language therapy sessions either in classroom or out of classroom, individually or in a group as outlined in the reputed company’ IEPs. Write and implement IEP present reputed company and goal recommendations; present information reputed company and effectively in IEP meetings.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company IEP service minutes reputed company to speech/language therapy for reputed company on caseload.
- Order, create, and maintain Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and resources for student use; assist in training teachers and staff on how to properly use AAC devices in the educational and residential settings.
- Design and create visuals and other assistive items and devices for use in the education and/or residential settings.
- Conduct formal and informal speech/language evaluations as determined necessary by the IEP team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence or applicant in their Clinical Fellowship Year.
- Illinois Speech reputed company State License upon hire.
- Illinois reputed company Educator’s License with a Speech Language Pathology endorsement.
