<strong>Job Purpose:</strong><br>We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our consulting team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support both internal operations and client-facing projects.<br>The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript development experience, a solid foundation in full-stack development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment. Exposure to AI tools and integrations is a plus, but not the primary focus of the role.<br><br><strong>Job Description and Requirements:<br></strong><br>Application Development<br>• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks <br>• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code <br>• Participate in code reviews and uphold development standards <br>• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications <br><br>Client & Consulting Support<br>• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and clients to gather and refine requirements <br>• Translate business needs into functional technical solutions <br>• Participate in solution design discussions and technical demos <br>• Support implementation and deployment in client environments <br><br>Integration & Data Management<br>• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services <br>• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases <br>• Support system integrations and data workflows <br><br>Innovation & Continuous Improvement<br>• Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices <br>• Contribute to internal tools, reusable components, and process improvements <br>• Explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools where appropriate <br><br>Required Experience:<br>• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of professional software development experience <br>• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Angular, or Vue) Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs <br>• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) <br>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<br>• Experience with TypeScript and modern development tooling<br>• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)<br>• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment<br>• Exposure to AI tools, APIs, or automation workflows<br>• Familiarity with GIS technologies (e.g., Esri ArcGIS) is a plus<br>• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices<br><br> </div>
