The reputed company Senior Manager of reputed company we are looking for:
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Manager of reputed company plays a critical leadership role reputed company reputed company's reputed company team. This individual will reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations, ensure financial reporting reputed company, and support month-end and year-end reputed company processes. As reputed company continues to reputed company its loan portfolio and expand its SPV and capital markets activity, this role will be essential in building out reputed company processes, managing reputed company, and partnering closely with the CFO, VP of reputed company, and Controller to support reputed company's financial and strategic objectives. 

As a Senior Manager of reputed company, you will:

• Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across reputed company and its reputed company entities
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis
• reputed company preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP
• Ensure reputed company reputed company for loan portfolios, SPV structures, and intercompany transactions

Team Leadership & Development

• Directly manage and mentor the reputed company team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Support hiring and reputed company of additional reputed company staff as reputed company grows
• Establish reputed company workflows, standards, and expectations for the reputed company team
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company reputed company and technical questions

Financial Controls & Compliance

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
• Support annual financial statement collateral audits
• Ensure compliance with applicable lender and investor requirements
• Coordinate with the compliance and reputed company team on financial reputed company as needed

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to support investor reporting and SPV-level reputed company
• Work closely with Treasury and Payment Operations teams to reconcile reputed company, collections, and cash activity
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to define data requirements and ensure the reputed company of financial data flowing between systems

Process Improvement & Systems

• Identify and implement improvements to reputed company workflows and documentation

• Assist in implementing new reputed company software or ERP tools as reputed company scales

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field, plus either a CPA license or Master’s degree in reputed company

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Preferred

• Big 4 or Mid-Tier audit background
• Experience in financial services, lending, loan servicing, or reputed company finance

• Experience with reputed company, or similar ERPs
• Background working in a high-reputed company, remote-first environment
