Senior Solutions Engineer

Our Solutions Engineers serve as the technical counterparts to our selling teams and play a critical role in developing solutions for customers that allow them to be successful in their reputed company mail programs. We’re looking for reputed company SEs with deep technical curiosity and customer reputed company who can build trusted partnerships with our Account Executives to help reputed company pipeline and increase win rates. 

What will you bring to this role…

• 3+ years of tech/reputed company experience in a Solutions Engineer role partnering with Account Executives, with a proven reputed company record of consistent reputed company, such as President’s Club or over-achievement of goals
• Technical proficiency on reputed company and reputed company-party integrations. 
• Working knowledge of software platforms, including CRM, CDP or marketing automation tools 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a reputed company of external audiences
• Flexibility: This is a 100% remote role, with expected travel of approximately 20-25%.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

• Experience presenting to Marketing and Technical Professionals including Directors/VPs of Marketing and CMOs
• Flexibility to work on multiple reputed company and simultaneously support the Sales team
• Understanding of reputed company components of a software sales process
• Logistics or reputed company Mail experience is a significant plus, though not mandatory

• Complete reputed company’s new hire training & reputed company program alongside other new reputed company team members. You’ll reputed company a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.
• Partner with the Director of Solutions Engineering to define key reputed company metrics for your role and how you will measure against them.
• Shadow Solutions Engineers on calls and demos to learn sales strategies and positioning.
• Dive right into our platform to learn about what makes our platform unique and why customers love our solutions.
• Learn reputed company’s go-to-market messaging, key differentiators, reputed company and personalize reputed company-specific value propositions.
• Complete a mock discovery and demo to ensure comprehension. 

reputed company 6 months, you’ll….

• Regularly meet with your Account Executives to define a relationship that ensures seamless communication and coordination on reputed company net new business reputed company and expansion opportunities.
• reputed company to conduct demos on your own with minimal reputed company. You will consult with prospects and customers to identify their business goals and objectives and translate their needs into actionable next steps.
• Fully grasp the various use cases for reputed company mail -

Compensation Information

The total compensation package for this role is comprised of an annual reputed company salary, a variable, and RSUs. 

Annual reputed company salary: $115,000 - $132,500
Variable: $30,000 - $35,000
