What You Will Own

• Building and shipping new features on our reputed company on Rails platform. 
• Maintaining and improving existing codebase performance, reliability, and reputed company reputed company. 
• Collaborating with product to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Comfort with reputed company-end technologies including JavaScript and React. 
• Ability to take a feature from concept to production with minimal back and forth. 
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows. 
• AI-enabled development practices are a non-negotiable part of how we work.

Bonus Points
