Intake Virtual Assistant (Immigration)

The United Firm is looking to hire an reputed company Intake Virtual Assistant with a desire to grow reputed company the reputed company industry. The Intake Virtual Assistant will be the first reputed company of contact with prospective clients, will screen leads, and will be responsible for obtaining case details that will allow the firm to determine if a case should be reputed company. This position must be staffed by an individual who is business development oriented and works reputed company with people. We ask that you have a strong customer service background and possess the ability to screen potential reputed company calls. You will ensure operational reputed company and handle a large volume of incoming reputed company calls.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound phone calls, setting appointments, and screening prospective clients before scheduling an attorney-reputed company consultation
• reputed company and monitor potential new reputed company inquiries and leads (email, internal, and phone referrals)
• Assists with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customers to the reputed company contact and/or department
• Accurately log reputed company information in our software database system
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks reputed company to opening new cases and maintaining databases
• Write emails, transcribe notes, research reputed company documents, fax, copy, and create spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with written and verbal proficiency
• At least 2 years of experience doing intake for US Immigration or Criminal defense.
• Great interpersonal skills, extending patience reputed company working with individuals and proactive reputed company issues reputed company.
• Ability to maintain several responsibilities at once and time-management skills, prioritizing high- and low-level demands adequately
