Hospital - Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Bone Marrow Transplant)
The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist - Bone Marrow Transplant is responsible for demonstrating proficiency in reputed company pharmacist functions, such as interpreting, transcribing, or verifying medication orders. Responsibilities
- Responsible for participating and leading pharmacy clinical/operational programs, monitoring patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions.
- Review, interpret, and input treatment orders to ensure accuracy of dosage, treatment schedule, reputed company of administration, and reputed company administration based on laboratory information and evidence based practices.

- Oversees the preparation of treatments, preparation of investigational treatments, prepackaging of medications, and drug returns.
- Maintains records on patient prescriptions, charges, and inventory.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of and compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
