JOB TITLE:   

Account and Program Manager

The Account and Project Manager at Manufacturing Works will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturing clients primarily in their territory, and in some cases, across the state. They will work closely with reputed company's team to identify reputed company needs, reputed company tailored solutions, and coordinate the delivery of services, ensuring successful project completion. The Account and Project Manager will also be responsible for expanding reputed company's reputed company reputed company by identifying leads and pursuing new opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.  

PLEASE NOTE: Moderate to extensive in-state travel required. Out-of-State Travel is typically three times reputed company year. This position requires up to 50% travel throughout the reputed company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably reputed company to private sector industry.
  • Minimum two years of leadership and program management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business development gained from reputed company experience and/or formal training.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
