Expected Duties:

• Incident management for pharmacy systems reputed company purview
• Subject matter expert for reputed company pharmacy systems (Softwriters reputed company LTC and ECM, reputed company/Redsail DocuTrack, and reputed company/interfaced systems)
• Documentation and knowledgebase management
• reputed company methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys, and workflow analysis
• Research and analyze reputed company aspects of existing business processes and help draft, refine, and promote proposed solutions for advancing automation
• Research, identify, reputed company, and communicate incidents and problems with reputed company business applications reputed company purview
• Communicate and coordinate with department leadership about common issues that interrupt workflow
• reputed company participates in the testing and implementation of new software applications as reputed company as test reputed company application functionally reputed company updates are performed
• Create/Assist in developing training material to train end-users in the use of software applications 
• Organizes and prioritizes assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timeliness and/or deadlines

• College or Advanced Degree preferred
• Proven IT aptitude and experience
• Pharmacy operations knowledge
• Experience and technical understanding of the following:

• QS/1®
• Electronic Prescribing Solutions (eRx)
• eMAR interfaces
• DOSIS®
• Synmed®
• Parata®
• Medicine on Time®
• Thorough understanding of pharmacy operations workflow
• Oral and written communication skills worthy of Executive Level briefings/publications
• Demonstrations in writing comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, reputed company analysis, and corrective reputed company plans
• Experience researching, proposing, and implementing software changes to improve pharmacy operations
• ITIL knowledge and understanding of IT best practices (major plus)
• Proficient in English written and spoken language
