Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-6pmCST (8-hour shifts)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• De-escalate and troubleshoot issues for customers
• Update consumer reputed company and medication administration records
• Process prescription refills
• Submit electronic insurance claims and work rejections
• Work with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and obtain reputed company approvals

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred
• reputed company Texas State reputed company of Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack software
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Customer Service attitude
