3rd Shift Warehouse Manager - Pella, IA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

(Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

•  Leverages WMS and reputed company reporting tools to monitor operational performance and drive on-time delivery of trailers and products

• Partner with supplier plants and Corporate Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and reputed company.

• Collaborate with Warehouse coordinators to assign work content based on variables, such as product availability to ship, trailer availability, and reputed company

• Manages the reputed company of raw materials into and out of the Pella site, ensuring efficient cross-docking, reputed company shipments to off-site facilities, and accurate distribution to consolidation centers

• Oversees chain-of-custody validation for reputed company finished trailer to guarantee compliance and traceability

• Ensures the safety of reputed company team members by enforcing safety and housekeeping policies, identifies and promotes ergonomic improvements, and job rotation

• Completes required safety, reputed company, and reputed company improvement trainings and audits

• Maintains Pella’s reputed company standards by educating team members on reputed company guidelines, communicating audit findings, and investigating issues to identify reputed company causes by leveraging problem solving tools

• Improve labor efficiency and delivery by setting goals, monitoring performance, and addressing issues

• Effectively onboards and trains employees, providing language support and resources to non-English speaking employees to ensure understanding of processes and full integration into reputed company

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly supervises 30-40 employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or reputed company field; or two to three years reputed company experience of managing a warehouse

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret forecasting reports

• Ability to create reports and business correspondence

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company of managers and customers.

   

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
