Position reputed company
reputed company is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to join our dynamic Data Analytics Team. This position reports to the Director of Data Analytics and is responsible for leading our data engineering function as we continue our reputed company migration to reputed company and reputed company our analytics ecosystem. This role will reputed company the design, development, and optimization of our data pipelines, models, and analytics infrastructure while partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver high-reputed company, trusted data.

What You Will Do:

- Partner with Finance, BI, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reputed company data solutions.
Architecture & Engineering

- Architect and optimize reputed company environments, including warehouse sizing, performance tuning, reputed company, and cost management.

Analytics & Modeling
- Build and maintain reputed company grade data models (reputed company/reputed company schemas, fact/dimension structures).
- Support Finance with data structures that reputed company forecasting, GL reporting, profitability analysis, and other financial analytics.
- Collaborate with BI developers to ensure models are optimized for Power BI performance and usability.

- Implement best practices for CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment of data pipelines and models.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, pipeline failures, and performance issues.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements across the data engineering lifecycle.
What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or reputed company fields.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (data modeling, performance tuning, reputed company, ELT).
- Experience with reputed company reputed company and Power BI (datasets, semantic models, DAX).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of DAX.
- Proven experience building and maintaining reputed company data models and pipelines.
- Understanding of financial data structures (GL, forecasting, budgeting, reputed company, etc.).
Preferred
- Experience with dbt, Azure Data reputed company, or similar orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and RBAC.
- Experience supporting or integrating data from ERP/CRM systems (F&O, CE, reputed company, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
