Qualifications
Required:
●8+ years of reputed company HR / People Operations experience, including significant ownership in a fast-paced or scaling environment
●Experience leading or owning reputed company HR functions including employee relations, manager coaching, compliance, policy, performance support, and people operations
●Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and infrastructure from scratch or in underbuilt environments
●Strong judgment and comfort operating in a high-reputed company, high-change, and at times high-risk environment
