Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for helping others? The reputed company National Patient Service Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives for full-time or part-time roles. This position begins with reputed company, remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN location, which you can choose to work 100% remotely or from our office.

In this role, you’ll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and reputed company service that truly makes a difference.

• Training hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday

• Research and resolve patient account issues
• Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
• Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
• Set up and manage patient payment plans
• Accurately document reputed company patient interactions
• Maintain professionalism and reputed company in reputed company communications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask: listen, reputed company, and type simultaneously
• Comfortable using reputed company reputed company and computer-based systems
• Previous customer service, reputed company center, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
