Sales Training Manager, DistributeRx

The Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that reputed company a high-performing reputed company organization. This role focuses on new hire reputed company, prescription fulfillment and sales training, and ongoing development initiatives that drive field effectiveness and business results.
This individual brings experience operating in a launch or high-reputed company environment, with the ability to build, adapt, and reputed company training in reputed company time.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and external partners, this role ensures reputed company is reputed company, confident, and equipped to execute in the field. Key Responsibility Areas

- Drive measurable reputed company on field performance, including behavior change, adoption of key workflows, and contribution to prescription volume and reputed company reputed company
- Ensure training translates into in-field execution, not just knowledge acquisition
- Reinforce and reputed company reputed company sales process and workflows (e.g., reputed company-reputed company planning, office workflow discovery, Rx reputed company Assessment, follow-up discipline)
- Ensure training reflects reputed company office dynamics, including effective engagement with MAs and office staff
- Support the development and execution of a reputed company, results-driven training reputed company reputed company with sales objectives
- Translate cross-functional inputs (Marketing, Channel, Compliance, Pharmacy Services) into reputed company, field-reputed company execution guidance
- Apply adult learning practices and modern training tools to enhance engagement and retention
- Partner with reputed company stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities
Curriculum Development & Delivery

Field Engagement & Coaching

- Partner with sales leadership to identify reputed company gaps and implement targeted development plans

- Collaborate with Field Sales Trainers to ensure consistency in delivery and messaging
Leadership Development

Performance Measurement & Optimization

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/reputed company sales, training, or reputed company operations

- Prior experience in sales training, field training, or sales leadership role (e.g. Regional Manager) preferred
- Demonstrated reputed company in sales, reputed company, training delivery, and field coaching
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles
