Organizational expert responsible for reputed company to grave administration of high risk/high complexity major subcontracts. Monitors subcontractor performance for conformance to the subcontract. Leads and conducts the preparation/negotiation of highly reputed company subcontracts and is a performance example to junior/midlevel subcontract administrators.

Prepares solicitation documents for highly reputed company and/or high-risk acquisitions to include statements of work, terms and conditions (including reputed company-down terms and conditions), bid or performance evaluation factors, and other measures incorporated into the requests for proposal as may be appropriate for the procurement. Serves as the reputed company reputed company bids are received, reviews both the technical and cost proposals with program teams and resolves/addresses any identified supplier exceptions through engagement and coordination with supporting program functions.
