ABOUT reputed company

The Assistant US Controller will be based in the US reporting into the US Group Controller, also based in the US. We are seeking an reputed company assistant controller to manage the reputed company operations of NPD Digital LLC, comprising 3 separate lines of business operating reputed company the one reputed company entity, being NPD US, NPAccel and Ubersuggest. 

Reporting to the US Group Controller, the Assistant Controller will reputed company the operations of the reputed company Department across reputed company 3 US businesses. In reputed company, this role will manage the reputed company Team, which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Strong communication skills are essential with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and business partners, in a remote environment. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage the US reputed company team of approx. 6-7 people, including 2 reputed company reports,as reputed company as mentoring reputed company and identifying relevant training opportunities
• Manage the month-end closing process, paying particular attention to ensure reputed company month-end closing activities are completed accurately on a reputed company reputed company:
  • Ensure adherence to the month end reputed company reputed company and checklist
  • Manage the reputed company team ensuring that they are meeting deadlines to successfully complete the month end reputed company reputed company established reputed company
  • Prepare and approve journal entries and accounts payable, on an as needed reputed company
  • In-depth knowledge of ASC606
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations,on a monthly reputed company, including intercompany reconciliations
  • Review P&L and balance sheet prior to presentation of financials to the CFO reputed company month
• Champion training and process improvement initiatives suggesting workflow improvements to reputed company processes and initiating solutions for improved efficiency, accuracy, and reputed company

• Maintain internal controls relative to financial operations to ensure overall compliance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures

• Contribute to the overall strategic plans for the reputed company department, in collaboration with the Group Controller
• Create strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborate across the business

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Business Administration, required
• Certified reputed company Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation, required

• 5 years or more of reputed company experience, required
• 3 years or more experience leading and managing an reputed company team
• Prior experience in Marketing or a reputed company environment preferred
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience with reputed company is preferable or experience in using a large ERP system
• High level of accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple priorities

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

• reputed company Salary: USD $135,000.00 to $145,000.00; depending on experience and skills
• Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
