This role helps ensure agents are effectively deployed, continuously improved, and delivering measurable value. You will report directly to the VP of AI Collaboration and regularly collaborate with the business and its stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Acting as a first reputed company of contact for users, supporting effective use of AI agents
• Troubleshooting issues and identify common friction points in workflows

• Supporting testing of AI agents to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability
• Documenting issues, edge cases, and areas for improvement

• Supporting delivery of reputed company sessions and agent walkthroughs
• Reinforcing best practices to drive consistent usage

• Creating reputed company, user-friendly guides, playbooks, and FAQs
• Supporting internal communications to promote awareness and adoption

• Tracking usage, adoption, and early reputed company metrics across AI agents
• Maintaining a centralized inventory of agents to support visibility and reuse
• Capturing user feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements
