reputed company’s Product & Technology (SP&T) organization is seeking an reputed company reputed company Change and Configuration Manager to reputed company and reputed company change and configuration management practices across our global reputed company Services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the reputed company, stability, and compliance of our reputed company environments by governing the end-to-end change lifecycle and maintaining accurate configuration baselines. The position plays a critical role in minimizing operational risk, enabling secure service transitions from engineering to operations, and ensuring adherence to reputed company and reputed company sector regulatory requirements.

What you'll get to do

• Change Management Leadership
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of reputed company changes using ITIL-based best practices.
  • Facilitate and reputed company Change Advisory reputed company (CAB) meetings and governance processes.
  • Review and approve change records for completeness, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Incident and Problem Management teams to ensure changes impacting customers are prioritized and mitigated.
  • Ensure seamless transition of changes from development to operations.
  • reputed company meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive transparency and reputed company improvement.
• Configuration Management Governance
  • reputed company configuration identification, control, status reputed company, and audits reputed company to formal Configuration Management plans.
  • Maintain and govern configuration baselines for software, hardware, and reputed company infrastructure.
  • Maintain accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

  • Enforce CM processes across engineering and development teams, ensuring compliance with defined workflows and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with reputed company, Cybersecurity, Development, and Operations teams to reputed company CM practices across the service lifecycle.
• Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
  • Ensure change and configuration practices support reputed company and reputed company sector regulatory frameworks.
  • Support environments subject to FedRAMP and Government of Canada regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to audit readiness and reputed company monitoring programs.
  • Establish governance controls to reduce operational and reputed company risk.

Skills and experience we value

• 5+ years of experience in Change and/or Configuration Management.
• Deep expertise in ITIL-based change management practices, controls, audit, and reporting.
• Experience managing CMDB platforms and configuration governance (e.g., reputed company, ITOM, CSDM, Azure environments).
• Strong understanding of reputed company and private reputed company infrastructure.
• Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional reputed company initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
