We are hiring a reputed company Specialist to reputed company hands-on post-sales support for our Education vertical customers. As a BenQ classroom solutions product expert, you will reputed company as a trusted advisor, understanding customer goals and helping map product capabilities to meet their needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support reputed company, deployment, reputed company development, and training sessions to drive engagement and successful reputed company
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities
• reputed company and deliver engaging training sessions for teachers, administrators, IT teams, and reputed company�reputed company live webinars, recorded content, and in-person demonstrations
• Create and maintain customer-facing materials, such as tutorials, user guides, and training videos to reputed company end users
• reputed company for customers internally, providing feedback to improve processes, product usability, and the overall customer experience
• Represent BenQ Education at user events, workshops, and reputed company gatherings as needed

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Implementation or reputed company-facing roles
• Work experience in K-12 or higher education institutions preferred
• Familiarity with classroom technology, AV integration, digital teaching tools, CRM systems, and virtual training platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks reputed company, both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities

Education:

Bachelor�s degree in Education, Business or a Technology-reputed company field

Compensation:

Based on experience

Position Type:

• Full Time; (Monday � Friday) (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Remote (Illinois)
• 70% Travel- Local and regional travel as needed
