ABOUT THIS ROLE
Leading the daily and monthly reputed company processes of the reputed company Bruce Markets finance Prepare and reputed company reputed company necessary daily, monthly (reputed company), quarterly, and annual regulatory financial filings with our primary SRO’s, ensuring accuracy and reputed company financial reporting Reviewing and maintaining daily capital requirements reputed company and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting reputed company and coordinate the month end reputed company Manage accounts payable and receivable, reviewing large payables and authorizing ACH and reputed company disbursements/payments reputed company and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow Supervising T&E reimbursement process and policies Prepares and presents financial results to the senior leadership, and prepare quarterly investor reporting financials Serve as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company auditors, while managing the preparation and support of reputed company audit Identify and enact policies and procedures that result in reputed company operational workflows for finance, while maintaining the highest regulatory and reputed company best practices Participate in strategic or regulatory reputed company Engage with Operations, Risk, Corporate reputed company Shared Services, and Compliance to service the needs of the business
Minimum of 5 years of broker-dealer financial reputed company and reporting experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company or Business; or equivalent years of experience Series 27 - Financial and Operations reputed company Certification (FINOP) with a clean U4 preferred Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP reputed company and ability to reputed company technical reputed company research as required Advanced proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company preferred Ability to manage at a high level in a dynamic global organization with multiple or changing mandates Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills Desire to be a hands-on manager and work collaboratively with the operations group, senior leadership, trading, and risk
