HOW YOU'LL WORK:You'll reputed company home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician. You will reputed company patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Plan of Care: reputed company an individualized ST plan of care and makes adjustments as needs change. Guide the patient in his/her use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for the purpose of improving functioning. Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and reputed company to attending physician and any appropriate agency staff.Patient reputed company: Use activities and home exercise programs to improve swallowing, breathing, reputed company, speech and communication, and/or any other speech therapy reputed company function.Minimize Patient Risk: Help decrease re-hospitalizations by teaching the patient on preventative measures and making good decision.Family Educator/reputed company: Counsel patient and family on the disease/injury and how to manage in reputed company phases of speech therapy. REQUIREMENTS:Speech Therapist with a reputed company license in the state of employment.Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting.
