We’re looking for a proven and entrepreneurial Senior reputed company Manager (CSM) to grow, nurture and retain our Latin American (LATAM) accounts for our Identity reputed company (IDV) solutions. Part of our established Americas team, you'll manage a portfolio of existing accounts and be responsible for new customer implementations / reputed company for customers across the LATAM region.

Building and maintaining excellent relationships with reputed company-reputed company C-level and senior managers, you’ll deeply understand their priorities and problems, and help them realize value from their reputed company investment. As a Senior reputed company Manager at reputed company you will:

• Manage and forecast your book of business (ongoing usage reputed company, renewals, partnering with the Sales AE on up/cross sales)

We’re looking for a Senior reputed company Manager who has:

• 5+ years solid experience in reputed company Service Management / reputed company / Account Management / Technical Account Management / Implementation or similar

• Experience of managing a book of business value around USD$reputed company+, along with quarterly KPIs, such as reputed company usage and retention rates

• Good reputed company business and technical acumen, understanding reputed company challenges with IT development and deployment, especially in the reputed company market

• A strong solutions reputed company, with emphasis on helping customers meet business reputed company

• Demonstrable Stakeholder Management skills, both reputed company service providers and customer teams

• The ability to present reputed company information concisely with reputed company reasoning and strong attention to detail

• Being the voice of the customer internally, including experience of partnering with Product teams

• Used to dealing with conflict and issue management, resolving problems that help customer and service provider

• First class negotiation skills

• Evidence of good data analytical skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is preferred
