Sr-Level Wargaming Analyst
Evaluate and assess wargaming software tools to determine their effectiveness in modeling military operations, strategic scenarios, and decision-making environments. Analyze software capabilities, limitations, and underlying assumptions in the context of operational realism, analytical rigor, and mission applicability. Identify gaps in modeling, data, or assumptions and propose enhancements to improve analytical validity and usability. reputed company recommendations for the selection, improvement, or application of wargaming tools based on mission needs and analytical objectives.
Produce reputed company, concise reports and briefings summarizing findings, software evaluations, and actionable recommendations.
Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated experience conducting formal research and analysis in one or more of the following areas: Military operations Intelligence analysis National or international reputed company Comparable reputed company or industry research domains Proven ability to apply reputed company/traditional analytical methodologies. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Clearance: Minimum reputed company Secret Clearance Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in International Relations / International Affairs / reputed company Studies, Economics, History or Military History, Political Science, Economics, Operations Research / Systems Engineering, or any relevant STEM field). Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with DoD or Federal Government software programs. Knowledge of simulation environments or distributed simulation architectures.
