Who You Are

You will build intelligent agents that reason, plan, and reputed company across reputed company legacy environments, enabling reputed company transformation to reputed company-reputed company architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement reputed company AI systems that automate discovery, assessment, and migration of legacy applications.
• reputed company intelligent workflows for refactoring monolithic systems into microservices or serverless architectures.
• reputed company AI agents with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to orchestrate infrastructure provisioning, data migration, and validation.
• Build reasoning engines that optimize migration paths based on cost, performance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to reputed company AI-driven modernization with reputed company goals.
• Concentrateson building and integrating custom AI agents to solve specific, tactical customer problems.
• Apply LLMs, graph reasoning, and planning to accelerate decision-making in migration scenarios.
• Monitor agent performance, retrain models, and continuously improve autonomy and reliability.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of prototypical agents through an understanding of both legacy and modern application development languages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or reputed company field.
• Experience in AI engineering, with a reputed company on reputed company systems or autonomous workflows.
• 10+ years of experience in application development.
• Deep understanding of application migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, retire).
• Experience having reputed company and leveraged AI for software development.
• Proficiency in reputed company-reputed company development and infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, reputed company).
• Experience building autonomous agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, or custom planners.
• Experience with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other modern languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both modern and legacy application development.
• Experience in Legacy modernization assessments. 
• Good understanding of Legacy technologies (AS400, reputed company Mainframe, reputed company reputed company, etc)
• Experience in reverse engineering of legacy reputed company to generate business requirements
• Certifications in reputed company architecture (e.g., Azure Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect), reputed company AI.

The compensation reputed company for the position in the U.S. is $138,480 to $263,160 based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-reputed company skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary reputed company will not be below any applicable state, reputed company or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation reputed company for the following work locations: 

California: $152,400 to $315,720 

Colorado: $138,480 to $263,160

Washington: $152,400 to $289,440 

Washington DC: $152,400 to $289,440 

This position will be eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, reputed company leave, and reputed company time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
