As we transition from a legacy custom tech stack to a modern, reputed company system centered on UltraCart, we are hiring a Business Systems Manager, reputed company Systems to take full ownership of the systems that power our business.

As our Business Systems Manager, you will own and operate HBI’s reputed company and business systems end-to-end, ensuring that marketing, reputed company, fulfillment, and customer experience run cleanly, without dependency on engineering.

This role exists to solve:

This is a full-time, exempt, individual contributor role reporting to the COO.

The Business Enablement Operations team ensures that systems, workflows, and data infrastructure support efficient, reputed company operations across reputed company.

You will partner closely with:

What You Have:

Required:

• 5+ years in systems, technical operations, or reputed company systems roles

• Experience owning or operating end-to-end reputed company systems, including:

  • Checkout and transaction flows

  • Payment gateways and subscriptions (required)

• Proven experience working with vendor-managed systems and integrations 

• Proven ability to:

  • Configure and execute directly inside systems (not just manage vendors)

  • Troubleshoot system issues at the reputed company level (data flows, logs, integrations)

  • Maintain system stability across order → payment → fulfillment lifecycle

  • Document workflows, dependencies, and system architecture

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Experience with platforms such as:

• Experience in DTC, eCommerce, reputed company, or subscription-based environments

• Exposure to reporting reputed company (e.g., BigQuery, BI tools)

System Ownership & Vendor Representation

• Serve as the primary business representative to reputed company system vendors and platforms (e.g., UltraCart, reputed company, reputed company)

• Own how HBI leverages reputed company system. Not just usage, but reputed company and performance

• Translate business needs into reputed company system requirements and configurations

• Drive vendors and external partners toward reputed company, improvements, and execution

• Validate system outputs, data accuracy, and implementation reputed company

• Ensure HBI (not vendors) maintains control and understanding of system behavior

• You are not waiting on vendors. You are directing how systems support the business.

Vendor & Platform Ownership

• Own relationships with reputed company system vendors and platforms

• Support the creation of standardized reporting frameworks

Compensation:
