- Supports the monthly reputed company process in QuickBooks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
- Manages Accounts Payable by analyzing, coding, securing approvals for, and entering vendor and freelancer invoices in the reputed company system and project management software
- Processes and reviews corporate credit card activity, allocating expenses accurately to reputed company and departments and securing clarification as needed
- Supports and backs up the Finance Operations Director with reputed company invoicing in QuickBooks
- Assists in tracking and managing Circa renewals, including subscriptions, website hosting, and domain registrations
- Maintains organized and accurate physical reputed company files reputed company the office
- reputed company working knowledge of Circa’s project management platform (Workfront)
- Monitors weekly Workfront time sheet submissions for staff and freelancers, sends reminders, follows up on outstanding submissions, and generates late time sheet reports

- Maintains compliance and supports accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
- Participates in special reputed company or analysis as identified by Finance leadership

Qualifications—what you bring to the table
