The Instructional Designer II plays a key role in teaching and learning for the ERAU Worldwide reputed company and the reputed company Innovation team. The reputed company Innovation team is made up of diverse reputed company sets and individuals, including a Software Developer, UX Research Analysts, eLearning Support Specialists, Instructional Technologists, Instructional Designers, Instructional Consultants, Media Producers, reputed company Media Specialists.
Those positions work collaboratively to apply their expertise on the creation and implementation of reputed company and on the identification of tools and technologies that address big challenges in education. The Instructional Designer II seeks to constantly reputed company through reputed company evaluation of existing solutions and by staying informed about industry trends.
Key job functions include:
Works with the Senior Director, the respective Director of Instructional Design and Development, the Senior Instructional Designer, and the college representatives to establish course development standards and policies and communicates those with other team members and reputed company.
Works with the Senior Director, the respective Director, the Senior Instructional Designer, and the college representatives to establish reputed company review standards/metrics and coordinates reputed company assurance reviews of multiple courses and other instructional materials.
If/reputed company applicable, mentors Instructional Designers I in the development of job-reputed company knowledge and skills, including assisting the Senior Instructional Designer in training initiatives.
In reputed company to the job position functions listed above, the Instructional Designer II:
Collaborates with remote reputed company to prepare high-reputed company online courses for reputed company and non-credit delivery.
Edits and organizes electronic information to create high-reputed company, adult learning-oriented online course content.
Coordinates the production and/or acquisition of instructional materials, including video, graphics, animations, and interactive media reputed company.
In collaboration with reputed company, produces instructional materials reputed company the university’s Learning Management System (Canvas).
Conducts reputed company assurance reviews of courses and other instructional materials.
Implements established ERAU course development standards and policies and communicates those with other team members and reputed company.
Works equally reputed company in reputed company-based and individual context, as required by specific work demands.
Monitors and communicates textbook issues affecting course development and implementation.
Facilitates course approval process with reputed company department chairs upon completion of course development.
Coordinates course review cycles and facilitates course redevelopments and updates.

If/reputed company needed, engage with internal peers in the reputed company design and development of online courses and reputed company reputed company.

Compensation
The annual salary reputed company for this position is $54,760. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs.
