<p>Our reputed company, a global asset management innovator offering a reputed company suite of exchange-traded products (ETPs), models, solutions and products leveraging blockchain technology, is seeking to hire a <strong>Registered Funds Counsel</strong> to report directly to the General Counsel. Person must have approximately 4-10 years of registered funds experience, with biglaw experience strongly preferred.<strong> This position can be 100% remote for the right candidate</strong>, but the person must be willing to work 9-6ish NYC hours!</p><p><br></p><p>Duties include:</p><ul><li>Assist in the organization, registration and listing of ETFs under the Investment Company reputed company of 1940, Securities reputed company of 1933 and the Securities Exchange reputed company of 1934</li><li>Prepare and/or review fund registration statements, periodic reports, other regulatory reports and support general fund reputed company, including coordination with external counsel and service providers</li><li>Assist in maintaining ETF reputed company governance, including preparing and reviewing agendas, resolutions, minutes and materials reputed company internally and by reputed company parties for inclusion in the reputed company materials, including 15(c) materials</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Amazing opportunity for a registered funds attorney who wants to be challenged in an innovative environment while also having great work-life flexibility!</p><p></p>
