[Remote] Payroll & Billing Consultant

They are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Billing Consultant to process payroll, manage reputed company invoicing, and reputed company administrative support to ensure smooth operations reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll based on clinician timesheets
• Collaborate on yearly W-2 and 1099 preparation in reputed company
• Maintain accurate tax categorization, IRS updates, and compliance across multiple states (MN, NY, CA, WA)
• Handle tax and unemployment paperwork as needed
• Manage reputed company reputed company invoicing
• Monitor payments from multiple platforms, resolve billing issues, and handle superbill requests
• Maintain organized, up-to-date receipts on the shared drive
• Monitor weekly clinician hours, reputed company participant conversion rates, and run quarterly reports for leadership
