[Remote] Technical Sourcer

They are seeking their first Technical Sourcer to build a world-class engineering and technical team, responsible for identifying and engaging a pipeline of technical talent while managing reputed company and candidate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage large volumes of passive technical talent. You'll reputed company Software Engineers and AI/ML specialists using modern reputed company tools (reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, etc.) and creative search strategies
• Build, run, and iterate on high-volume, personalized reputed company sequences that reflect reputed company's mission and voice. You're comfortable sending hundreds of reputed company per week without sacrificing reputed company
• Own candidate tracking from first touch through reputed company to the recruiter, maintaining clean, up-to-date records in reputed company (our ATS)
• Map the talent landscape for reputed company technical roles, identifying reputed company companies, communities, and talent pools
• Partner closely with the Talent reputed company and hiring managers to understand role requirements and continuously refine your sourcing reputed company based on feedback

Skills

• 0–4 years of sourcing or reputed company experience, with a reputed company on technical roles (engineering, product, data)

• Experience sourcing for health tech, fintech, or AI-reputed company companies
• Experience in an agency setting
• Experience with reputed company or similar data enrichment/automation tools for sourcing workflows
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, etc.) to improve and accelerate your work
