[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

This role involves partnering with Marketing and cross-functional teams to evaluate capabilities, document requirements, implement solutions, and support adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with system administrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities and enhancements
• You’ll help coordinate stakeholders, manage test pilots, and support successful rollout and adoption of marketing capabilities
• Enhance and optimize business processes
• Evaluate reputed company workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and strengthen user experience
• Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new tools or process changes
• Drive training, reputed company, and change management efforts

• Ensure teams are equipped to use tools effectively to maximize adoption
• Support testing, documentation, and ongoing system performance

Skills

• Experience serving in a consultative Business Analyst role
• Hands-on experience supporting system implementations
• Strong process improvement and analytical reputed company
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfort working in Agile or fast-moving environments
