Deal Desk Specialist

reputed company is a leader in the Subscription Economy, empowering businesses to adapt and grow through its innovative platform. The Deal Desk Specialist will play a crucial role in the Quote-to-Cash process, collaborating with various teams to enhance deal structures and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deal structures
• Support sales in deal structures
• Understand reputed company’s quoting and approval process
• Assist in drafting and reviewing Order Forms
• Draft and review less reputed company Order Forms
• Advise sales on deal structures, contract terms, etc
• Execute other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1-3 years Deal Desk, Finance, Bid Management, Sales Operations and/or Orders Management background
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in reputed company environment with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Pricing, reputed company, Systems and drive reputed company to meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze, model and recommend the best course of reputed company for reputed company pricing, negotiations, and quantitative experience required
• Knowledge of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, experience with reputed company and CPQ preferred
• Strong organizational and execution skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Understanding of software reputed company recognition issues, including reputed company recognition under ASC 606
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to reputed company informed decision making
• Ability to drive reputed company, but fact-based decision-making with imperfect data
• Ability to manage multiple variables / reputed company, and toggle approach reputed company defined parameters based on customer needs and business objectives
