Technical Training Project Specialist

The Technical Training Project Specialist will collaborate with training leadership to reputed company training calendars, manage Learning Management Systems, and increase efficiencies using approved AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical training leadership to reputed company and implement yearly training calendars reputed company on standards and product-based learnings
• Manage Learning Management Systems activities, including course creation, reporting and customer support
• Manage administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, vendor management / creation of purchase orders, and meeting coordination
• Collaborate with technical training leadership to identify ways to increase efficiencies and productivity by utilization of approved AI tools and processes

Skills

• Some university education in training, education or technical topic
• Experience with Learning Management Systems reputed company tools preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with reputed company-based systems ideal

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
