[Remote] Event Support Specialist (Contract)

The Event Support Specialist will execute event registration support for large-reputed company corporate events, responding to attendee inquiries and managing registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist attendees with registration processes, including ticket purchasing, transfers, and hotel bookings
• Respond to attendee inquiries reputed company email and phone with professionalism and reputed company
• Maintain thorough knowledge of event registration processes
• Serve as a reputed company between attendees and event management, specifically regarding platform issues
• Support event managers in training new team members
• Complete tasks as assigned by event project managers
• Ensure reputed company proprietary information remains confidential
• Travel onsite to reputed company attendee support as needed (required reputed company. 28–Dec. 5)
• Assist in tracking accessibility requests, meal preferences, and other attendee needs

• Previous experience in events, group meetings, and/or hospitality
